Our 100th meeting in Rotary ANZ 100th year

A bit like cricket really... we have a double century on 17th November.

Rotary in Australia and NZ celebrates the First 100 years of Service in 2021.

The Rotary Club of Morphett Vale will celebrate its 100th meeting on 17th November 2021.

Family and friends are welcome to our 100th meeting to hear our special guests, share special prizes and celebrate this special event in our Club's history.

Melbourne Cup Day event

Jimmy Deane's Bistro at the South Adelaide Football Club rang to the cheering of winners on Tuesday 3 November... on and off the field.

70 people booked in to enjoy good food, animated conversation, prizes and of course, the Melbourne Cup.

If you missed it, the winning horses were Verry Elleegant, Incentivise, Spanish Mission, Floating Artist.

Reindeer are coming- not long now!

Reindeer need food and a sparkling guide to your house. Santa needs all the help he can get.

Reindeer food and Reindeer dust were just a couple of the items being sold at the Christmas Fair on the Oval at Old Noarlunga on Saturday 6 November.

Children were encouraged to fill bags with special 'food' and take bags of dust home to guide the reindeer to their front door.

Members also sold pancakes and recycled rope to raise funds for Rotary Projects.

Santa also made an appearance courtesy of RC Seaford. Checking the quality of the Reindeer food Santa?

Inspiration!

A local inspiration, 88 year old Peter doesn't miss a City to Bay Run despite losing his legs.

Peter also uses wheelchair and bike parts to construct more 'vehicles' to help others lacking mobility.
