Amanda Rishworth MP officially opens new kitchen
Amanda Rishworth MP says...

Our local Rotary Clubs are always working to give back to the community, so it is always brings a smile to my face to be able to support them.
Today I got to check out the Rotary Club of Morphett Vale's new kitchen upgrades, which I was able to help them secure funding for.
The kitchen are used by a number of different community groups so it was great to see the upgrades, including installing new cupboards, a hot water system, new kitchen tiles and a new fridge. I even got to enjoy a delicious morning tea from the new kitchen.

A special thank you to Ian, Phil and Garry for their work, with over 120 hours of working going into the project.

Behind the mask
How many of us feel irritated when we are required to wear masks due to COVID restrictions?

Then spare a thought for the Interplast Surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, allied health professionals and local country trainees who wear PPE as part of their daily working lives.

Behind the Mask offers insight into the individuals using their skills to repair bodies and rebuild lives throughout the Asia Pacific region.

This intimate look into the lives, motivations and cultures of our partners will transport you to front lines of the vital work Interplast supports. Our partners and volunteers will share a deeper understanding of procedures and those most affected by them.
